Six Pillars of Nada Kriya

Nada Kriya is an integrated meditation practice that utilizes sound vibrations or mantras, breathwork, energy-work, and direct initiation (Shaktipath), to guide participants to a state of inner peace and self-realization. It is an efficient meditation practice for attaining mindfulness, stress relief, and recognizing one's true nature as pure consciousness.

Nada (Sound) Induction
